Great scenery, wonderful staff accommodating every need where everything is possible, clean and very hygienic, efficient air conditioning, great room, pool, beach, facilities, breakfast worthing paying for with the room booking, tours and other great activities available for all ages. A great location if you want a quiet atmosphere to relax on the balcony with great views.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Rio de Janeiro was truly remarkable, and there were several aspects that I particularly enjoyed. Firstly, the personalized service left a lasting impression on me - the staff's attention to detail and their genuine warmth made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. Additionally, the breathtaking views from my room, overlooking the picturesque Rio de Janeiro coastline, were a daily source of delight. The culinary experiences at the hotel's restaurants were exceptional, and the spa treatments provided a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. What I liked most, though, was the overall sense of luxury and comfort that enveloped me during my stay, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

The breakfast is a vast in choices. Staff will cater to specifics such as how you want your eggs. I think though less salty and fatty options should be provided. Saying that the quality of the food is very high. The breakfast room is also a fast and stylish area with various food stations catering for the same food. The Room is well maintained and comfortable with a really nice smell. The view... my view from the 5th floor facing the Atlantic oceans was wonderful! I nice balcony also! I will miss it! Also behind the hotel is a large lagoon ... its hard to imagine this hotel is in the city! Special thanks to Filipe from front desk for all the help on my stay and Luis Barbosa & concierge for getting my work documents scanned. Last but not least a special thanks for the room service staff for the good and speedy work. The big plus of this Hotel is its staff and the positive, professional and proactive attitude. I know the 5 star hotels in Rio and this is the best choice by far!
